Owners can use the MySeabreeze Portal to access their personal account history, make a one time payment, and review any non-compliance violations on their account. Use the button below to sign up or to log into your existing account. Owners will need their account number (found on your monthly billing statement) to sign up.

The Townhouse pool is a Private Membership pool for the exclusive use of its current owners and residents.
No Lifeguard - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
An Electronic key card is needed to gain access into both the pool and its restrooms. If you need to obtain a key card Please use the link below to request a key fob from our Community Manger.

Thank you to all who were able to attend the community watch meeting that was held this past Saturday Aug. 24, 2019. Officer John Rosenblum gave us some great information and insights on how to be an effective community watch group working in tandem with the CPD.
